Great service and communication! I am traveling and had an issue with a 10 year old crown. They got me in to see the dentist as i was coming through Flower Mound, Great scheduling! I choose for them to not do a major fix but they explained what the issue was and let me know if wouldn't be a major issue today but to see my regular dentist when i got home.

Had a fantastic experience today, everyone is extremely friendly. Loved all the staff and always feel great after my appointment. My teeth always feel spick and span when they are done. Thank you for another great experience!!!

I have been with ideal dental for many, many years. I can honestly say they are the least professional business I have ever experienced ! Thursday, my appt was at 9:30, I was sitting in the waiting room for 1 hour and Allen called and said “you missed” your 9:30 appt. I looked at him from my chair and told him “no I didn’t” I’ve been in the waiting room an hour! After I get to the chair, I asked the assistant, will I be numbed, she said absolutely. The dentist came in and I asked the same, what are you doing, he said just checking to see if my gum/bone was healing, I’m getting a new implant. No one knows what the other is ever doing. After I have paid for my bill in full, they keep billing me. The other office in HV calls me, said I’ve missed my check ups. I went to HV for surgery but I always go to flower mound for everything else. Without my permission they billed my CC for a cleaning program they offered. I wasn’t due to be renewed yet! I really really need to find a real dentist office. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone!!!

Awesome experience with my deep cleaning . I was terrified of needles, and Dr Chowdry and assistant Britnay was extremely gentle, also the hygienist Ms Merchant was extremely nice! Bringing my children and boyfriend next visit.

I hate going to the dentist but it is a necessary evil. Fortunately this office eased me from the moment I walked in until the moment I left. They took time to explain things which makes it very good for an overthinker. I even needed a procedure and they squeezed me in so I didn't have to come back another day. Definitely recommend this branch! 👌🏽

Quoted me 3 grand for 8 cavity fillings and I had went to the dentist 1 year ago and they told me I had zero cavities so how did I get 8 cavities in only 1 year? And who can afford 3 grand in one day? So no treatment was done & I was there for almost 4 hours just to sign documents after they didn’t even work on my teeth. . Never returning if I could give zero stars I would, THEY ARE SCAMMERS. Save your money go else where. They wouldn’t even send me my X rays without my signature, so I was there wasting 4 hours of my time for NOTHING. Lazy, slow, rude and scammy.
