Dr Nwachukwu has an amazing bedside manner, and is the kindest sweetest optometrist ever. She took into account my eye conditions, and carefully explained them to me and made sure that I understood before I left the office. I can’t imagine going anywhere else thank you doctor.
To get started, we were late and I made a call prior to let them know and the female on the phone I didn’t catch her name, but she was the receptionist, she stated that it was fine and she would be able to fit us in. We got there me and my wife, everything looked clean and the receptionist was respectful as well as the doctors assistant(Isabella). When the time came to go back for pre-screening Isabella was very rude to my daughter, my daughter had asked to go back there with my wife and she said “she can wait”. Dr. N is amazing! She really understood the problem I was having (age related) and helped me find a better solution. She has actually been letting me test different solutions until we zero in on the one that really works. I am so grateful!!! Thank you!
