We have bought 3 AC & heat pump units since December 2025 into March 2026, Business and Home. Very professional and helpful with deciding on size and type of unit. Pleasant installers and techs. Had trouble with one unit and connectivity. Response to calls quick and returned calls promptly. They sent IT techs and electrician to assist on this problem. Seems all taken care of with concern and promptness. Highly recommend this company and professionalism.
Called Monday for a dead thermostat and Wednesday Eric was out here and fixed it right up. Plus gave some good maintenance tips for our AC system without wasting his time or ours. Much appreciated.
For infrequent issues or services, Google Reviews have become indispensable. Christmas Air is a good example of why the review system works. I simply searched for A/C services in our area and selected the one with the best Google Review rating. From there, directed to Christmas Air’s site, where I was able to book service online—and there you go! [Update 5/12/2026] We've now used Christmas Air and Plumbing four times, for both A/C and plumbing services.
