UPDATE: 12/3/2022 Once again Caliber has come to my rescue. Every employee works to make sure the customer leaves satisfied!! I used Caliber Auto Service several decades ago when I lived in Lewisville. I’m back in Lewisville now and went straight to them when my 2013 Chevy Sonic was giving me nightmares. Their customer service and prices are exactly how I remember them. I highly recommend this auto repair center. John-Michael Garza, Service advisor, Wes, the manager and Kevin N., mechanic were reassuring, considerate and ver professional. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Huge shout out to Randy and the crew here. we have a whole new appreciation for them after dealing with a dealership in Dallas. our service advisor did not call when he said he would. And after a month, we just got our car back and they were not friendly, never greeted us when we went in. All we can say, is THANK YOU for all you do, Randy and all the others!!!!
