Ezzi was awesome! Clear instructions, well spoken, and gave good form reminders and corrections throughout. Facilities and equipment is clean. I really enjoyed my first class here at Bodybar!
I used to go to body bar when there were different instructors and then I got pregnant and took some time off after the baby was born and now I’m back at it. I visited other studios but I think body bar is the best, most knowledgeable with no frills. The (New to me) instructors are really great, knowledgeable, will correct my form when needed and it’s a very calming environment and I really enjoy it! I’ve seen results before so with consistency I know results will come.
I love this Pilates studio and I have tried many. Instructors are great, good music and everyone is super nice. I wish they had more mid day classes, that is my only hold up. I'm a business owner and work a lot and my schedule is always different- and mid day is usually when I can break from work/kids. Bummed!
