YOU are a freakin' Genius!! The massage Thur was beyond awesome and therapeutic!! Also did the stretches you suggested &I have had less pain, and been up doing more stuff, than I have in Months. Seriously, Thank You! You Are Awesome!!!!
My left shoulder is all locked up and I've been in pain for one week. I went to a chiropractor twice (he wanted me to pay $700 up front for 3 visits a week at $60 each. He said if that didn't work then he would refer me someplace else. Uh- no thank you. $60 to adjust me and use some manipulation on me for 4 minutes? Then I went to CareNow. Useless. I got Tylenol #3 with codeine, a muscle relaxer and a shot of anti-inflammatory and minor pain reliever - I drove myself so you know it was mild. That night the pain was so bad I couldn't sleep!!! This place is the real deal. Like other reviews I have been to other massage places and nothing compares. The office is no frills but very clean and welcoming. Both Pam and Rebecca are amazing. They know exactly how to get the knots out and loosen tight muscles. I have never left unsatisfied. If I could go every day I honestly would. They even give you suggestions for stretching if a certain area is bothering you do to not enough stretching. I have shoulder/neck issues and lower back (at times). They are always on point and leave me feeling like a well oiled machine. You can't go wrong with either one of them. Highly recommend.
