“Jory came out and walked with us throughout the house to determine what we wanted. He was professional and courteous. He explained the process to us and was in touch throughout the entire process. Collin and his team were AMAZING! Let’s be honest, this was a huge project and they got it done in a little over a week and a half. We were consulted throughout the project to ensure we were satisfied. Collin and his team (Devin and Rudy) did great detailed work. The textured wall work is so nice. Collin and Devin cleaned up well and were so gracious in getting all the residue off our flooring…that was impressive. We will call That1Painter in the future for any painting needs and will recommend them to everyone. Thank you for making our forever home just the way we wanted.”

“This review is soooo long overdue, but every time we are stepping on our beautiful wool carpet I think about our experience here and finally got around to writing it up!!<br><br>We priced 3 different places for some quality wool carpet, because we wanted a healthier alternative to conventional carpet. We were looking to do 4 bedrooms and 6 closets, which was a lot! The big box store we tried took over a month to even get someone to measure the rooms, and the price was for some random people to contract out. We kept in touch with the 2 smaller businesses, and Devin at Whitehouse Floors & Interiors got us a great price that was competitive with the big box store and better than the other small business. Devin was very communicative and kept in touch during the whole process, letting us know exactly what to expect. He was the most patient and helpful person we've ever worked with! Such an easy-going, no-pressure transaction, and he really cared to try and get the price as low as he could compared to the other two places.<br><br>We got quality carpet with a great installer who clearly had lots of experience! Pedro was patient with all of our children following him and asking a million questions, and he did everything all in one day! He was very kind and knowledgeable, and answered all our questions.<br><br>3 days after the install, our children locked a cat in one of the bedrooms and he tore up the door threshold carpet. We called Devin in a panic, and Pedro came back 3 days later and fixed it at no additional charge! That's what you get when you pay a small business! They actually care and want to give you the best quality materials and best experience they can. Thank you so much Devin and Pedro at Whitehouse Floors & Interiors!!!
