We had an excellent experience with Max (Owner) and his crew... Brand new Hardwood floors installed throughout our home - Was a big job and they delivered a Quality product and excellent installation. Highly recommend them!
Pedro and Johnny installed new carpet in our den today. They were prompt, polite, respectful of us and each other and did an excellent job of laying the new carpet. We are extremely pleased with their work.

If I could rate them higher, I would do so.
In short, we had originally contracted with a flooring company in Tyler due to an advertising promotion. They offered to move our furniture for free and a 3 day turnaround.
Folks, when I tell you, that's where the nightmare began, believe me.
Over a week later, we were devastated by non-existent customer service, terrible workmanship on the flooring, and unimaginable stress.
