“The Kokenzies installed beautiful quartz countertops in our new kitchen. We were so impressed with Lance and his staff. Their bid was so much less than anywhere else, in part due to them ordering a jumbo slab rather than 2 slabs. When I questioned Lance, his reply was that he treats every customer as though he was doing it for himself. In other words, he would not be reselling my leftovers as remnants. Kokenzie will always have our business and our recommendation in the future“
“These guys were AMAZING from start to finish! I went into their store and was immediately impressed by Amanda, the sales lady. I was going in knowing that to replace the flooring in about 1000 sq. feet of my home was not going to be cheap and the initial bid was really more than my budget but I didn't want to change to a lesser quality flooring than the one I had chosen. She worked with me to help me get the cost down by allowing me to do what I could do myself--removing furniture, appliances, baseboards, old flooring and carpet, and hauling the trash to a dump. Then they swooped in and had my new floors down in no time. Such amiable people too! I had gotten one other bid with the exact same flooring choice and it was more than $1000 dollars higher than Amanda's initial bid and I was given no opportunity to work it down. I'm truly impressed by Owl Flooring and am anxious to save up the money to do the rest of my house!“
