They’ve had my truck for almost 4 months. They don’t communicate. When they do finally talk to you, it’s a bunch of lies and excuses. I regret ever letting this shop and joe touch my vehicle. They have a great reputation of doing people wrong. I’m now having to consider a lawsuit in order to make things right. Such a miserable experience
Worst experience I have ever had in my lifetime dealing with a automotive shopI had dealt with this place before with good results other than a week late .Took my truck and promised a 2 day turn around , shown parts that had been taken out with a witness , over 2 1/2 months later and still wasn’t fixed ,had to wrecker it out torn apart and nothing had been done that he claimed to have repaired.He will look you in the eye and promise to be done and give his word as well .If you find yourself in that situation call a wrecker and call the police as he was very Accommodating after I let him know that I was talking to themReally would like to give Zero starsI did get my...read full review
DO NOT!! WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOT TAKE YOU CAR THERE OR DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS PLACE.We took our car to have the AC fixed. After a whole week we went to get the car and they had crashed our car. The guy keeps lying saying he didn’t see how it happened and keeps lying to insurance.
