I recently attended Zensual’s "Flirt Workshop" with zero prior dance experience. I was amazed by what I was able to accomplish! The instructor was incredibly welcoming and created a supportive environment where everyone felt comfortable trying new things. They broke down the basics of pole fitness in a way that was easy to understand and execute.The entire experience was empowering and left me wanting more. I can't wait to return (on Sunday) to continue my pole fitness journey!The dance studio is centrally located in the metroplex (near the Galleria) and the space is fantastic. The instructor was great. Only negative was non-consent on filming. I've been to studios where consent is #1 if you are in the background of someone's pole video. I felt uncomfortable when the cameras came out and could see myself in a few :(
I have been taking classes here since 2017. I actually focus more on floor, Work and burlesque type dance and heels choreography dance. I would be a completely lost without this place.
