“These days, it can often be a gamble when you hire a company you have never worked with to do repairs on your home. We got bids from several different foundation companies, all of which sounded good. Prices varied somewhat as well as the type of piers recommended. We got the best impression from Metro-Tex after Steve Sutherland came over and did measurements. We liked that as owner of the company he was very hands on, which turned out to be the case as he came out by himself to clear holly bushes in the front flower bed so his crew could start working right away once they arrived to do the work. After the job was completed, he came back and helped me take down two crepe myrtle trees which he said might be a problem down the road.
