Bookkeeper retired. Sent my docs for a very small business to king. Things were a little shaky at first. No response no answer etc. I decided to stop by and check up on things. My mood could have been better. Priestly found me at the front and took my frustration like a champ. Instead of telling me the typical you are wrong She immediately took accountability and took charge. Within minutes my issues were completely solved. She is an asset to King and proved that my first impression is not always right. Great job to Her. Taking a rough situation with a rough client and getting it done.

What can I say, they really helped me out. I have not filed taxes in 5 years due to financial constraints. I knew I was going to be in trouble, but they worked it all out for me. Ended up better than I expected and worked out a situation I could handle and get taxes paid. I would highly recommend them. I was hesitant, but followed the direction and the outcome was what they said it was
