Customers describe the rugs as bright, clean, and beautifully cleaned. The service is convenient, with rugs picked up and delivered. They put rugs in place, replaced the furniture, laid a large rug perfectly where wanted, and adjusted a drop off time to accommodate a schedule. One customer, new to Dallas, was super pleased with the scheduling phone call and would definitely use them again.
Francisco & Aaron went above & beyond to get my cleaned rugs & new pads in place. They were extremely helpful & friendly. They had no problem with turning the huge 9’x12’ rug around under the bed when requested. In addition to cleaning 2 rugs, they also delivered 2 new large rug pads & installed both of those. Thanks!
