Richard Hearn was my technician. He did a fabulous job on my rugs and recliners. For him it wasn’t going over a spot a few times and moving on. His objective was to get them CLEAN. That is a customer’s goal!! I so appreciated his thorough job! Everything looked like new and even smelled fresh and clean. Thank you Richard!!

The technicians were skilled at their job & my carpet looks great!My complaint is the lack of punctuality demonstrated by this company. A previously scheduled cleaning was a bust without any notification which wasted my entire day. This team was 1:20 minutes late for a 9:00 am appointment. I had planned another engagement later the same morning which I was unable to fulfill.
