Been going a year now. Kim runs a great gym, always clean, good value and location on hwy 69. She's super nice too always willing to help all the members. It's open 24.7. Check it out.
This is a nice gym with plenty of what you likely expect. Free weights, treadmills, ellipticals, TRX and much more. The facility is kept almost immaculately cleaned. The manager is always friendly and helpful.
Very clean facility, probably the cleanest gym I’ve ever been in - the owner is attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful. On any given day, this gym isn’t too busy, so you have a chance to use almost any machine while there.
