“The office itself is wonderful. They do all that they can to help you with your child's needs.

I wish I could give the billing department 1 star because every time I call to schedule an appointment, I suddenly have a collections bill that I have to take care of ($200 at a time) and I pay it every single time, even though my insurance has $0 copay. However, the staff makes sure that my child is seen regardless and tries to assist with billing. I also really really cannot stand the scheduling service that I assume is contracted outside of the US. They always say there is no availability, but if I walk into the office there is. Also, I can't understand a word they say.“

“We have been going to Elgin Pediatrics for 3 years now. We have seen a couple of different doctors, but have had pretty great experiences with them all. There have been mostly friendly faces around the office, especially as of late. Some nurses are more nurturing than others, but I've never felt ignored or a lack of empathy. While some improvements can be made to the overall office experience to make it a more warm & welcoming environment, we have no plans to change care for the time being. The billing department can be a little tricky, but aren't all billing departments that way?“
