I bought a Zia and I can’t express how happy we are with our home! The floorplan and building team was amazing! I have had to call warranty for some minor items expected in a new home but they were quick to respond and get someone out. I built from the ground up and they were faster than expected all of my upgrades were executed perfectly for my vision of dream home! I recommend Zia all the time!

David was absolutely amazing today during my blue tape walk through. In my experience, I have purchased homes before, but never a new construction. So least to say I was a little out of my element. David was phenomenal in assisting me with finding deficiencies that I might have overlooked. This experience has been a wonderful experience that I will forever be grateful.
