accessible vet services, a dedicated, caring staff, and a commitment to pet health and happiness. Nice people. A great leader and vet, Christie. Who cares. More complicated health issues, like any vet clinic, may require more advanced specialists, such as veterinary radiologists with more advanced diagnostic technology. But keep in mind, they have single-handedly saved the lives of more than a couple of my dogs. i respect them immensely. Thank you Zarges, for your great, caring, and compassionate dedication. -- John Anderson. a LOVER of Chesapeake Bay Retrievers. Among the best vets I've dealt with during my 30 years of owning Chesapeake Bay Retrievers. Thank you, Zarges team. Thank you, Christie. I respect you and appreciate you. Open vet appts on Saturday are a HUGE plus.

Over the years, I have trusted the Zarges name for the excellent care, and the professional knowledge - for my horse years ago, to my German Shepherd now! Not to mention your personal warmth and caring for the human element. Stay safe and well. jh

This is my families go to clinic for our cats. The staff here is always friendly and welcoming. They're transparent and let you know your options before proceeding with anything so you're aware of prices, test and treatments available, so you can comfortably make the decisions best suited for you and your pets.

Dr. Kristi Zarges and her clinic recently attended to our family dog, who is 11 years old and not in good health. We were deeply concerned about his condition and wanted to ensure he received compassionate and professional care. Unfortunately, our experience was marked by responses that felt dismissive and unprofessional. When we shared our concerns about his declining health, Dr. Zarges responded in a way that felt insensitive, and we were taken back by her remarks.
Additionally, there was a misunderstanding regarding a family member on a video call, and while we acknowledge that we could have communicated this better, the reaction we received felt disproportionate and lacking in empathy. As we feared the decline in our dogs health, we had a family member on FaceTime in the case that it was time to say goodbye. However Dr. Zarges met this with accusations of being recorded. Even after explaining that this wasn’t the case, Zarges refused to acknowledge that we were only concerned for our pet and centered the situation on herself. We were shocked by how our family’s genuine concerns were met with such a lack of professionalism.
In a situation that was already emotionally charged, we felt that Dr. Zarges’s approach only added to our distress. We truly believe that a compassionate and understanding demeanor is essential, especially in moments like these.
We are sharing this feedback not out of anger, but in the hope that it will help improve the experience for other pet owners. We remain in disbelief at how the situation unfolded and hope that future interactions are more respectful and supportive.

Nice family business in my area. My cat doesn't seem too stressed out when going to visit. She's 16 and I worry about how she will react to new situations. She hasn't overreacted to anything they have done so far, examination, shots, blood draws, etc.

My experience with Zarges Animal Clinic was great, my dog Chango had a big absess, the looks of a large balloon. My wife and I were scare that we might lose Chango. To our surprise, the Dr. drained the absess ,7 day later Chango, has no signs that he had the absess. Thank you Dr.and staff,God bless you all. I highly recommend Zarges Animal Clinic.
