This place is awesome! I was going all over El Paso to different animal urgent cares and vets and they all suggested that my little fur baby needed surgery for obstruction . It wasn’t until I went here to get him an exam that for the first time I felt that someone actually cared about my pet and not the money! They were very clear and answered all my questions and concerns! My little guy ended up being just fine without any surgery needed. They were truly a blessing to me and my little guy ❤️
Dr. Porras provided exceptional care for our two-year-old Goldendoodle, and we are incredibly grateful for her expertise and compassion. She is highly knowledgeable, thorough, and has an outstanding bedside manner that immediately put both us and our pup at ease. What truly set her apart was her dedication in going above and beyond—she personally followed up on his condition and was able to secure an urgent appointment with a veterinary ophthalmologist, sparing us what would have otherwise been a two-week wait. Thank you so much for all your help with our Kookie, thank you for making her as comfortable as you could. Thank you for letting me/ us have our final moments with her . We miss her so much. We appreciate the help that this clinic gave to our Kookie in her final moments. They made her as comfortable as they could and respected our final moments with her without rushing us. Very good clinic. Will continue to take our other Furbabies.
