I like my doctor. They have a great waiting room. However, the staff is incompetent when it comes to handling phone calls and sending prescriptions to the pharmacy. You tell the staff over over to correct a problem, and it's like talking to a brick wall. Their problem is systemic; someone needs to review their processes. For this reason, I am going to change my PCP to someone else.
