Terrible customer service when something goes wrong. Save your money they will ruin your hair and steal your money. Will not accommodate you for the mistakes they made. Do your extensive research first, they will fry your hair.

Good customer service they took almos 8 hours on my hair the only thing I woke up with hair paint in my ears next morning and I almost die when they where washing my hair because they put a towel in my face supposedly for the water won’t splash my face but it had bleach so I had to remove it quickly because of the smell

Friday I went in to get a Bob cut, sorry the lady who cut my hair did not know what I meant, I don’t know what kinda cut she gave me it is not a Bob I am so upset with my cut, going to to grow it out and go somewhere where they know how to cut a Bob I am not very happy it is all choppy, REALLY BAD HAIR CUT NOT HAPPY.Service: Haircut

Monica does an amazing job and is very cautious. I was very scared to do highlights after them burning my hair and scalp and now that I go here I am confident she will take care of my hair and do an awesome job. Everyone here is extremely nice the place is clean and presentable.

The best hair salon in El Paso! They serve alcoholic drinks while you get your haircut, or coffee even water. Each stylist has a unique set of skills for whatever needs you may have! The area is clean and very professional. My stylist Leslie cuts my hair exactly how I want it every time and I don’t need to remind her how I like my cut. I just walk in and she gets right to it! They also do raffles here for holidays so if you sign up you can win a free gift. Once you have the cut they give you a warm face towel while your hair is washed. Very nice! And the employees are trained, respected and very friendly!
