University Vision Centre is a state of the art facility with all the latest technology and equipment. The staff are well trained, knowledgeable and so nice. Dr. Ellis has a really good bedside manner and is an expert in his knowledge and treatment. I would not think of going to anyone else for anything to do with optometry.
Staff at the Eastside location are very friendly and helpful. The techs are also very warm and patient with you. Dr. Quintana takes her time to explain everything to you and the opticians too. They don’t try to pressure you into buying lenses with them. You’ll have a great experience there.
I went to the Eastside Office for the first time, needing a 2nd opinion on my prescription with another place. The ladies at the front desk were super helpful every time I called also by text confirming I had all the documents needed.
They were super helpful whenever I called or texted them, like confirming the needed documents. The tech that assisted me was very respectful and kind. Dr. Quinones was amazing! She took her time to explain and answered more questions. Definitely coming back!
