I had my Father here. At first we had good Nurse staff to start with. Now it all changed on a Monday morning shift, Lack of Nurse attitude towards us relative was negative, she didn't attempt even to apologize for her lack of not checking in on my father. He urinated and No Nurses or staff to have any attentio come in a check on him. I'm also a RN and what I have observed in this Hospital this Monday Morning "Nurse" is totally not doing her job. We are all busy with patients very understanding but this is not what we are Nurse's for. They also follow the same agenda as the umc on George Dieter all professional, helpful, informative and friendly. Especially, in the front desk, all RN delivery smiles, kindness, wonderful personalities, especially, Jonathan, who I've seen myself and I was there? Go far and beyond, and he was polite cordial, very helpful. Even went far and beyond, I was really impressed and of the front desk, I can remember, I can't recall most of their names. Elizabeth. This clinic is one of the best I have been to. It is very clean and the staff is very friendly and courteous. My rheumatologist is Dr. Sebet, she is amazing. My other doctors are so good as well. Dr. Romo and Doctor Sara Portillo. Dr. Chang is my son's doctor and she is really good too. The pharmacy is great! The only thing is that I don't like the system they have when they call you. The phlebotomist are good as well.
