I placed an online order for approximately 20 items and, upon picking up in-store, discovered three items were missing. The employee acknowledged the oversight. It would have been helpful if they had cross-checked the purchased items against those in the bag to ensure completeness. Despite the staff's prompt resolution and courtesy, the inconvenience of returning could have been avoided with a thorough check.
