Fabulous customer service, helpful and knowledgeable! They will help you problem solve, from a distance, through text, through pictures, whatever! I love that they are local too! They will get all my pool business!
Took our broken dolphin to a different pool supply company. We Were told things were broken and needed to be replaced. Waited 6 weeks and still no fixed dolphin. Went to Libby at True Cost and let me just say, best customer service EVER!!! Our dolphin wasn't broken, just needed a new control box. She went above and beyond and I would never recommend any other pool supply store in El Paso!! Kind, knowledgeable, honest!!!! ? ? ? ? ?
This place is amazing. I am a novice with an above ground pool for my little grandkids. They were so helpful and their recommendations were great. They also were so nice to my grandkids. I won't go anyplace else.
