This place was absolutely adorable. My little princess got the royal treatment! Would definitely recommend and will be back. Staff was very friendly as well.

Just wanted to give a heads-up about a kids’ salon we went to recently.
My sister and her friends and I went in expecting a fun experience, but the staff was honestly rude and not welcoming at all. They got upset about a time slot that was never mentioned before, and instead of explaining it nicely, they seemed annoyed and gave off a bad attitude the whole time.
The girls were just looking around at some of the stuff they had, and the staff kept telling them not to touch anything in a rude tone. It made the whole vibe super uncomfortable.
For a place that’s supposed to be for kids, you’d expect a friendlier and more patient attitude. We definitely didn’t feel welcome and won’t be going back—just wanted to share so other families know what to expect.

Cheap polish, didn't even have a fan to dry the nails or the fast drying spray. Paid 20 to have my daughter soak her hands in soap and water. Ended up having them Remove the polish because it was getting everywhere. Will not recommend and will not be going back.

Annita did an amazing job giving my 1 year old son his first haircut. She was so patient and prepared. He cried as soon as I sat him down and she immediately made him feel comfortable with her and the clippers. She cut his hair just like the sample photo I gave her and it was super fast too! Overall a great experience over something I was super nervous about! Thank you annita!

The staff at Totally Spoiled went overboard for my granddaughters birthday party. The service and their attention was amazing, everyone of our attendees had a great time and like the name, they were totally spoiled. I highly recommend this place for anyone holding a young ladies birthday party in treating the girls like princesses! Thank you for a wonderful time!

I really thought this place would be cute for my 6 year old but honestly it wasn’t. I spent $60 on an adult manicure and a child’s manicure with chocolate facial( it was supposed to be a mommy and daughter day) but when they did nails they had us siting far apart from each other… the girl that did mom was decently talking to her but the one that did my daughter didn’t really talk to her , yes she did acknowledge her if my daughter said something but over all it was silent on her side. The nail polish was very dry and seemed old. My daughter who did a facial and nails was done faster than mom who had only did nails ..After the nail polish dried we left and a while later after my daughter washed her hand she came up to me very sad because her nail polish was coming off. We tried to call the store about this because for $60 the nail polish shouldn’t have started to come off the same day and all they said they could do is give us $10 back. admittedly they did offer for us to come back to have them do it again, but we do not live on that side of town nor do we go over there often at all (about 35-40 mins away more or less) and more so my daughter doesn’t want to go back….Honestly isn’t worth taking kids too
