We have 5 dogs and every time we take them to The Paw House they look so great. Love the family atmosphere, our dogs don’t mind being there like in the past when we take them to other places.

Absolutely terrible customer service! I took my two dogs today, which was in the morning. I simply called for an update almost 7 hours later and the owner stated to me “have I called you yet” to which I replied “no ma’am” and she said “well they are not ready yet.” She proceeded to tell me to pick up my dogs after I told her not to be rude. I arrived to get my dogs and the woman and some man proceeded to yell at me. Dogs are crying in the background most likely due to them yelling. I will never visit this establishment again. Please proceed with caution when booking your appointment with them. As you will not have the liberty to call and check on their status with out an argument.

Beyond happy with the Paw House! Owning a husky mix I have taken him to countless groomers who never fully deshed him or fully dry him. I can now confidently say we have finally found the perfect groomer for Baloo. The service and price are great and they left my fur baby unrecognizable! Truly the happiest I’ve been with a groomer. Not to mention I love how they don’t put their dogs in cages. Highly recommend this place!
