Vanessa is SOO FREAKINGGG sweet first of all. I told her I just got to EP & the way she welcomed me into her working space for the first time was absolutely amazing. She is sooooo accommodating & intentional, I fell in love with the space as soon as I walked in and aside from that, her craft in her work is greattttt !!! Vanessa was so amazing! I hadn’t got a wax in 10 years and mainly because it was so painful. She talked to me the whole time and made me feel so comfortable. I wish I could have found her sooner.

The cutest most chic environment! Also very clean! Nowadays,, there’s such a lack of customer service. Each time I’ve visited, there was a sweet handwritten card with two motivational stickers and a small vile of oil on the pillow specifically for me. Vanessa puts so much effort in giving her clients a pleasant and welcoming experience. She does a great job waxing and offers great services. I am highly satisfied and I’m so glad I found this gem!
