Unfortunately, I can’t recommend The Cleaners on Edgemere for tailoring services. I dropped off a vest to be tailored, and not only was it not ready when promised, but it was also completely forgotten about. I had to stop by twice just to check on the status myself—each time met with confusion rather than updates. Poor communication and lack of follow-through made this a frustrating experience. I expected more professionalism. I won’t be returning.

Lately it's been taking longer to get my dry cleaning returned. Twice now, I've had to turn in my pants for alterations because the first time it wasn't done. It's been a week since I've turned them in and they're still not done when I was told 5 days. Place is ok if you're not on a schedule.
I dropped off my bridesmaids dress to have the snaps reinforced and to be dry cleaned on Saturday. I arrived to pick it up and the young man assisting me asked me if I wanted it dry cleaned. I let him know it was suppose to be. The young lady said yeah I called you to tell you we need you to sign a waiver. I voiced my frustration because I have to fly out for a wedding. They just stared at me and waited for me to pay.
