If there was a zero -it’d still be too much! The lack of professionalism in this company especially the one on Zaragoza and Tierra Este is a complete fraud! The so called owner ILIANA (or manager or H.R. lady) really had a bad way of handling my issue. Writing on the care tag of my clothing as she referred to it - she says it’s a way to track clothing in case it gets lost . And that all dry cleaning companies DO THAT. Well ILIANA you are very wrong because other companies ARE PROFESSIONAL AND their CUSTOMER SERVICE is outstanding and DO NOT WRITE on any part of the clothing! That’s such a poor excuse on your behalf! Even after I asked her if she’d compensate me -she rudely said NO IM NOT COMPENSATING YOU. Definitely you need TRAINING on how to treat customers that bring YOU business . You lack customer service! Horrible service!!!

I’m out here working and I had to find a close laundromat to where I am staying. I really like coming here it relaxes me and they always have good music! The staff is super friendly and have the laundromat super clean, a BIG PLUS! I have a laundromat where I’m staying and it’s less expensive but I came here two months ago and I just can’t stop coming. I like how I can wash all at once and then dry all at once and there is always washers and dryers at my disposal and I’ll keep coming until I leave.

I’ve been coming over 4yrs now and the staff amazingly friendly and i even had meet the owner before and he’s a super sweet person he had come over and offer donuts at the laundromat,now recently they have this employee she’s around her 50s/60s and I needed help to change a product from the vending machine the soap center and I ask if she could exchange the product taking to her in Spanish and she gave me the ugliest attitude and she event pretended she didn’t talk Spanish I’ve never been treated like that before. Other than that I don’t have other complaints the place is always clean but is the costumer service is lacking specially the times I come in to wash my clothes.

Pricing is a Joke for this crappy place. Almost $5 to wash and that’s using the medium size washing machine. Almost $4 for smaller machine. They make you buy a card for .69 to add money to it. Can’t use quarters. Although the place is clean, I would NOT Recommend washing here. .60 to dry. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!! Way too expensive for one little load of laundry. Mistake coming here. Last time setting foot in this place. Ridiculous!!!

Prices vary by temperature and size of load. It is very pricey but it gets the job done ✔️ Like any other place, inspect the washer before use. Some people leave them very dirty.
