Sunset Funeral Homes West and its staff are excellent. The kindness and compassion I receive at one of the most dreadful moments in my life were extraordinary. They worked tirelessly to accommodate my family and me. They never tried to upsell or take advantage of us. We made last-minute changes and allowed us to grieve and allowed us time to say our final goodbyes to our brother George De Santos. I heartily recommend their services. The location is stunning, the staff and directors are kind and knowledgeable and compassionate. Thank you for your excellent service and helping my Family and me provide the final tribute to my Brother we were asking for.
My beloved mother passed this past December 16. I had gone to Christopher Lujan at Sunset Funeral home to make fairly complicated arrangements, one service here, and another in my home state, California. On my and my family's behalf, I want to sincerely thank Sunset Funeral Home, and most especially Chris, for his exemplary work. He made sure that every detail was attended to, and the services that were provided, including the Visitation rosary and the mass, were the best I and the people who attended the services, experienced. Chris made sure to follow up with the California mortuary as well, to ensure that all details were meticulously tended to. I just cannot imagine more perfect services for my mom. Thank you sincerely, Chris Lujan, and thank you, Sunset Funeral, for tending to my loved one's funeral arrangements with such incredible care. I cannot recommend this organization highly enough.
