Memorial Pines Cemetery has improved significantly with a beautiful new look and attentive staff, including the receptionist, ground keeper, and security personnel. The new ownership's rules have caused some disappointment, especially about restrictions on decorating loved ones' resting places, which has affected many grieving families. Despite this, the staff remains respectful and caring, providing understanding and support to those in mourning.
Everyone of us complained about the new ownerships rules but, look at how beautiful it looks nowadays! This cemetery was starting tonlook like the ones in Jtown. I love the new look, the new rules and the personnel is so attentive, from the receptionist to the ground keeper and security personnel. Thank you Memeorial Pine for making our love ones resting pleace more beaitiful.

I felt at ease with the counselor explaining all the details of different options offered with an understanding of my needs and budget.
I never felt being pressured or taking advantage of in a way, shape or form being in an overwhelming feeling of mourning.
I highly recommend their services.
It is absolutely very sad that we are unable to celebrate birthdays, holidays, etc by decorating their resting place. Everything wastaken from us overnight. These people dont carehow we all deal with our grief. I lost my only son and i dealt with my loss by decorating his resting place.
