Absolutely trash. A buzz cut without any kind of line up? My son hated it and was in tears. Avoid this place at all costs. I hate what she did to my son.

Had a great experience getting my haircut done at this location on Zaragoza. The store is inviting to try out hairproducts and the staff are helpful to get your haircut needs. Stephaine the Manager is supportive to her staff and helpful with kids that need a haircut for the season.

I’ve been bringing my boys here for years and have always enjoyed the online check-in process. Today we checked in and were quoted a 67-minute wait — totally understandable for a busy Saturday at 12:30. We made sure to arrive on time and be ready when called.
Unfortunately, while the store was packed and everyone else was waiting their turn, the lady in the far left corner behind the TV appeared to have her son or relative come in without checking in. She quietly moved him into her chair, then when asked who was next by name, mentioned another employee would get them next. Meanwhile, those of us who had properly checked in waited an additional 15+ minutes.
The moral of the story: if there’s a check-in process in place, it should apply to everyone equally — including family and friends. Otherwise, cuts should probably happen at home, not ahead of paying customers who have been waiting patiently.

Bad communication with customers. They skipped our turn two times without any reason explained and after an hour waiting patiently we decided just to leave.
