The doctors and staff take great care of patients' needs, explaining each step of the treatment process and making them feel valued. With outstanding service, short wait times, and a professional team, patients can expect a smooth and enjoyable experience. The entire team has been nothing short of amazing. Miss Amy, the treatment coordinator, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond. Dr. Hansen and the staff who put on the braces were equally wonderful—professional, kind, and thorough. The care and attention received made patients feel like they were part of the family. The individual that assisted was awesome and great, explained everything, and was very nice and polite, making the whole process feel very comfortable and amazing. Both boys have braces here and have had the best experience. Their teeth are looking amazing and the staff has been so helpful.
