I had a horrible problem, my toilet and shower got clogged. I was panicking and scared it was going to cost me so much money and worried it will take long for someone to come. I called Rocha plumbing and they sent Jose . He was very professional and explained in detailwhat the issues was. He also explained in detail what can or can’t happen in the process of trying to unplug to make sure we understood what he was doing. Luckily he was able to unclog it and provided great feedback on how to avoid future clogging. I was beyond satisfied. And felt very happy with the service and price. We had a clog that was stopping our showers and our toilets one night. We called and the next morning Jose showed up and immediately got to work. He was very intentional about finding the problem and located it pretty quickly. Our pipes are old so he took his time to ensure the pipes were not damaged as he unclogged them.
