This place is absolutely the worst place to take your children for help! They are incredibly unprofessional. As a new patient, I’ve only had three sessions so far, and two-thirds of them have been canceled the day of, just a few hours before the appointment! It’s ridiculous that they make you sign a paper with their rules, one of which states that if you’re five minutes late, you’ll be charged $30! But it’s perfectly acceptable for them to cancel the appointment on the day of.

Horrible place, for military families they wanted to do the evaluation in the parking lot are you kidding me🤨using the excuse that it is patient privacy and that they do not have offices. It is clear that they are full of patients and only see the patient as money... the staff is very rude and laughing, they should be professionals also very suspicious that they do not let you see the facilities but they do charge insurance. I had read the bad comments about this clinic, I wanted to give it a chance... but now I understand why the bad comments. I do not recommend the services, I canceled them for military families, run away from this place.

I don’t recommend this place at all , some of the therapist will parent shame you, they don’t understand the child needs. And if you speak to the person in charge she will defend the therapist and make you feel shameful and hurt. It’s not the place for children.
