About Rio Bravo Medical Home
Rio Bravo Medical Home has received mixed reviews from its patients. Many appreciate the friendly and professional demeanor of the doctors and nursing staff, highlighting the care provided by the primary care physician. Patients feel supported and find the environment welcoming. However, there are concerns regarding the office staff, particularly the rudeness of some secretaries and difficulty reaching someone by phone. This has led to inconvenience, as patients often need to visit in person to resolve issues. Despite these challenges, the overall experience at Rio Bravo Medical Home is positive, with a strong emphasis on patient care and dedication from the medical team.

Hell must have froze over. Anyway, they did a strep test and it was negative. They said they’d call about the flu. They only wrote the DAY of the appt off knowing I’ve been treating her fever and she wouldn’t get the results that same day but maybe the following day. She cannot miss much school without a Dr note which that was irrelevant because she was in school...read full review
