I recently had an issue with my water heater which busted and I had water all over the place in the middle of the night, the only company that even answered the phone was Quality Carpet Cleaning El Paso, they came quickly and cleaned up all the water and avoided any damages that may have occured by responding quickly. I had flew to El Paso to clear an apartment and had a very short suspense. I contacted Quality and within a few hours, my appointment was scheduled. JR even called to confirm what I needed and if the scheduled appointment would meet my timeline.The day of the appointment, he sent text messages to provide updates on his ETA. JR and James arrived and immediately started prepping and cleaning the carpet. They were efficient and effective. Within anhour or two they were done! The carpet looks AMAZING!They are aptly named! Top notch quality, professionalism, and service! I would definitively use them again and recommend them to my military family and friends!
