100% R E C O M M E N D! Elaine took care of my baby today. From the moment we walked in, she took notice that Bubz was so nervous. She calmed him down and was so patient with him! She gave me updates and photos THROUGHOUT his appointment which made me feel at ease. She did an amazing job and I’ve never seen my Bubz more handsome than ever! Super happy they have a NE location now ???

I tried Pawfection dog grooming on Dyer for the first time. From the moment we arrived the owner was very pleasant and very clean place so thats a plus. Loved getting updates on my furry. They did an awesome job I highly recommend this place. Let's go Northeast area hit this place up and get your babies looking beautiful

Update: owner was very very professional and called solve issue.
I was not happy with the service this Saturday, they did not cut my dogs hair even you can see its very uneven on head going to ear area. They did not take the easter pictures eaither which I wanted. I am not happy with the hair cut but leaving 4 stars because I know they treat my dogs good, they never come home nervous that's why I keep going.
