100% R E C O M M E N D! Elaine took care of my baby today. From the moment we walked in, she took notice that Bubz was so nervous. She calmed him down and was so patient with him! She gave me updates and photos THROUGHOUT his appointment which made me feel at ease. She did an amazing job and I’ve never seen my Bubz more handsome than ever! Super happy they have a NE location now 💕🙌🏼

Once I took my chihuahua at Pawfection. I decided to always take her there. Staff is so friendly and even better they send you photos during the process. Amazing place to take your furkid. Thank you Pawfection for such great service!!👌👏👏👏👏🥰

I absolutely love Pawfection Groomers! They’re always super friendly and do an amazing job with my gordis. I’ve taken her to other grooming places before and you could hear all the dogs crying and stressed out, but it’s not like that here at all. It’s calm, they have music playing, and the environment feels safe. I also love that they send pictures throughout the grooming process — it gives me so much peace of mind knowing she’s being well taken care of. Highly recommend! 💛🐶✨

Really liked the first couple of visits, My brothers dog not so much, now this last visit will probably be our last, price increased and My brothers dog groomer did an awful job. Today they told us how they were needing to cut her legs because they were matted! But they completely shaved all of her and came too close on her privates. She looks like crap and she is acting different. OMG, and they charged more. She has not gotten bigger, same weight as before. If my fur niece is not happy, then I am not either. We never authorized the shave. Time to look elsewhere!

Horrible costomer service! The girl who answer the phone told me this 》She said sence you Miss your 1st time you did your appoiment you would have to pay this fee i was like what i have never had took my dog there and the reason i could not take him was i didnt make it,then they do get mad if you dount go so when you want to make another app they will charge the fee.!!! Also i was talking to her so she got annoy i guess and she hung up then call me right back then she said sence you missed your app last time you will be charge more i think thats just bieng too greedy ! And thats just pathetic!! Taking advantage!! dount came back if you miss your app they will charge you MORE!!! ;)

Great customer service, communicated the whole time my dog was with them, sent pictures the whole time & my dog came out looking great! Great pricing as well! 100% recommend!

Me dog doesn't always like when I leave her places and can get freaked out when being bathed and brushed. The groomers at pawfection worked magic on her and she actually seemed to enjoy her time there. They sent pictures throughout her grooming experience which made me feel better. When I picked her up she looked like a completely different dog. I so appreciate what they did for her and we will definitely come back.
