Be wary of this company. They used to be dependable when it was under the original management; but in the last decade they've gone downhill as far as I'm concerned. I literally must have left 60 messages over the years for their manager to get back to me concerning continued roof leaks after they convinced me to try their elastomeric procedure, to little avail. I finally had to take the loss and start over with a new company. Pity, as my family started with Oscar's back in the late 1980s.
