Service is slow with no one waiting , just to get a check up and some shots over all good experience . Friendly staff and vets

Worst experience ever if your with low funds don't think on coming to this vlinic or any clinic because even before they take your injured familiar to get her saved. They start asking for money and if you don't have it well... your familiar and you are S.O.L they say to be humane but there's nothing human about leaving an animal in agony because I didn't have $2300 very disappointed and heartbroken that I've completely lost empathy and trust on these "DOCTORS" that wear the good guy badge oh so well that they make it believable that they care when in reality all they want is money they alo prey on vulnerable ppl with low funds they get a loan here a loan there. No passion and no integrity they have here moreal of all this don't take ur animal if u only have 150 dollars they'll let her die and won't even do a concrete exam to determine if my cat was savable. They didn't even check how bad the damage was. Just by "LOOKING" AT HER and of course knowing I didn't have the funds recommended to just kill her because the expense alone would be to great but what they didn't ask was for a payment plan witch I was able to do. At the time I only had 150 and they couldn't even try to get some xrays to actually determine if she was savable. . Now my cat ? is in a better place thanks to the efforts of this ...... place.... so if your LOW ON FUNDS don't even think on coming here or any vet they won't help unless you got cash or plastic to cover the initial 1000k to get it seen

Came here to have my Aunt's dog checked out and when i tell you the wait time is long, it is looonnggg ! Waited 2-3 hours in the lobby then they finally put me in the room and waited another 2 hours. Then requested to have the dog's anal glands popped/expressed so they had us wait in the lobby while doing which was another 30 minutes. The to top it all of the Clinic was short staffed! It's frustrating cause i'm brining in the dog cause i am concerned and have been coming here for years. Today has been worst day for my Aunt, her dog and myself. We stayed a total of almost 6 hours at this vet. 10/10 I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!

Sat in the clinic for 6 hours, 2 of which were from waiting on fecal results. This place is ridiculous and don't recommend anyone wasting their time here.

Came to bring my puppy to get checked out. My dog was throwing up & as a dog parent we know that's never good. I walked in @5:20pm & they said they couldn't take my puppy in until the next day. I understand they close at 6pm, but you would think a vet would spare those 40 mins to at least see what's wrong with the dog or give recommendations.

If I could give 0 I would called first said no appointments dogs ear is bleeding with infection I walk in and they said we never said that???? Drove 1 hour and no compassion in the wrong business

I absolutely love this team of people, they are so friendly and knowledgeable. We've been coming to them for years, would highly recommend to bring your babies. My heeler is always such a mess in the vet but they are so patient and good with him.

I recently had to put my baby down of almost 15 years. I used to always bring her here for shots, when she would feel sick, or anything. At one point they recommended me to another vet actually for better opinion on a certain topic. Looking back I appreciate that. It was so insanely painful to put my baby to sleep but I appreciate that the staff that helped me were very understanding, helpful and caring. I don't know how some of you guys had bad experiences but I'm sorry about that, personally I really appreciate this place just for being so helpful and patient with my baby girl for most of her life when whenever we needed to take her. If anyone is reading this I hope your pet is safe and happy. If they're sick just try to do the best you can, that's all you can ever do. They feel your love and they know how much you care about them. Enjoy them as much as you can! They're here for a short time of our lives but we are their ENTIRE life. I hope that if anyone reading this is sad, just know you tried and time WILL heal all wounds. All animals go to heaven, because they are PURE. Take care everyone.

Dr. Sanchez has absolutely no bed side manner. Some of the staff there are caring others like the receptionist were just awful. I didn't catch her name, but she had black hair with glasses. In a time is duress over my pet, you should feel cared for. Dr. Sanchez is cold when giving you results of your pet. She's robotic. She diagnosed my baby then went immediately straight to hospital stay. I had to let my baby girl go because her diagnosis would just prolong the inevitable. Dr. Sanchez showed no empathy, none. Text book, " sorry for your loss". Research a vet clinic. I'd never go there again.

Warning do not go to this facility they are only money Grab They care less about your dog they just want the money I spent thousands and they Could not tell me what's wrong with him All they could tell me is we could put him to sleep he was only 5 years old And their CT machine is not working it is broken And he said I never lost one yet
