BEWARE!! 8/09/2023, Terrible work!!! I will never take my dog there again. She didn't clip my poodles nails which is part of the package, my poodles fur all chopped up and uneven(her body is done with clippers??♀️), cut half of her ear fur off the top of her ears so ears are no longer full and fluffy (they are flat and choppy). I called the store they said the owner was out for a few minutes. I showed up in person an hour later to ask the lady why they had done this to my dog and the place was closed with the neon OPEN sign on. I called, she answered, she said she was at walmart and already paying and that she would meet me soon (online and her door states open from 0830-5, doesn't say closed for lunch at any given time). I waited for her for 1.5 hours and she never showed up!!! That's when I realized she wasn't worth my breath nor my time. I'm just letting you all know that this lady isn't professional at all and could care less how your pet looks nor your concerns or complaints as long as she gets paid!!! BEWARE!!!!

Messed up my cat. Told them NO SHAVE, JUST TRIM and they shaved!! Asked for my money back and they gave me attitude and not even an apology. NEVER AGAIN!!

Very satisfied with the quality of services provided for my dogs. My boxer has allergic reactions to just about every dog product out there but they always take great care so he is not exposed. My German shepherd is a huge 6 month puppy and they are able to handle her with care and patience. Very happy with the services provided.

My little Saki loves to be groomed here. She always comes out looking so cute. They always have her groomed in a timely manner. My dog is not stressed, she’s very well cared for and happy!
