I have the best massage I've ever had in my life here. Josie is exceptional and takes the time address any concerns you have while bringing extensive knowledge on the body. She goes above and beyond with stretches and addressing lymph nodes. I have never felt better, I can't recommend her enough.

Okay first Evelyn must be commended on her dedication to making sure her customers are satisfied. She is truly a top tier manager. I truly appreciated all her help. My therapist Josie - truly best massage ever. I’ve had massages at various places my whole life and this is the first time anyone has even told me a breast pillow existed. That alone was a life changer. She takes time to thoroughly understand your body and your needs before she starts. She def gives you DEEP massages. I was in a car accident and have had to compensate walking with several muscles leaving me a tight mess in pain. Josie got in those muscles and helped release them. I can truly say I feel the relief. She also is the first person who has taught me how to walk in my boot for my broken ankle properly. She has a deep understanding of the body and gives you all the things you need to feel healthy and happy.

I have been going to Massage Envy for a little over a year now and the only thing I am upset about, is the fact that it took longer to have Josie be my therapist. Josie is an incredible therapist and really understands the body and how it works. She has always made me feel comfortable and has been so vital to the upkeep and maintenance of my body. I always leave feeling better than when I came in and it has had a lasting impact on my health. Highly recommend booking with her.

Part of me doesn’t even want to write this review because I selfishly don’t want Josie’s schedule to fill up, but she deserves the recognition.
As a nurse myself, I can be a little picky about healthcare-adjacent professionals, and Josie is one of the most knowledgeable people I’ve ever worked with. Her background as a nurse shows in the best possible way—she understands the body, listens carefully, and approaches every session with both skill and compassion.
I’ve had plenty of massages over the years, but Josie does things that honestly feel like magic. Somehow she always finds the exact spots that need attention, incorporates stretches and techniques that provide lasting relief, and has helped me with everything from muscle tension to stress. I’ve walked into appointments feeling completely wound up and walked out feeling like my nervous system got rebooted.
She doesn’t just give a relaxing massage; she understands how the body works and genuinely wants to help people feel better. Every session feels personalized, and she takes the time to explain what she’s finding and why certain areas might be causing problems.
If you’re lucky enough to get on her schedule, do it. Just maybe don’t book all the appointments because I still need mine.

For over a year, I went to the Massage Envy at The Fountains trying to find the right therapist, but I was constantly dissatisfied with my massages. It even got to the point where I had over 25 unused credits just sitting there. I tried canceling my membership, but they told me I couldn’t because I hadn’t been a member long enough.
Then I decided to try the Joe Battle location with Josie, and I’ve been going to her ever since! I finally used up all of my credits, and the difference in my body and mobility has been incredible. She does techniques that no other therapist has ever done for me. I always leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and so much better physically. She also creates such an inviting and comfortable environment.
I highly recommend Josie at the Joe Battle location!
