The receptionist, Jessica, was rude, unprofessional, invasive and continued to talk over me after 4 conversations, including one of their investigators whom was extremely apologetic for the misgivings and eroneous information given to me. Barring direct contact from Ms. Labinotti herself, I will definitely not continue pursuing representation from this law firm. So far, HUMONGOUS FAIL!
