Came in for my first appointment after a home pregnancy test came out positive. First time being pregnant and I’m a lot younger than other people in the lobby so I was feeling pretty nervous in a clinic setting. I didn’t know that there would be the chance I would have to sit 30 minutes in the room half naked waiting for the doctor. Nurse told me doctor would be with me soon so I was expecting a few minutes. Doctor came in and I apologized because I went to grab my phone to see what time it was. I was contacted the following Monday and they apologized profusely for the technological glitch that had occurred with their system. They were able to get me rescheduled for that same week and that visit was much more pleasant! I had another appointment today for a contraceptive removal and insertion and the overall experience was friendly and quick. I am very glad and appreciative that they explained what happened and were able to work with me.
I was meant to be a new patient and had my first appointment scheduled for this morning, 2/14/25. I arrived to an empty parking lot (not in itself entirely weird) but then find the doors are locked....read full review
I feel really thankful to Dr. Anne Hale, she gives the best service and is very professional, as well for the staff, very friendly staff, if you're looking for someone to give you OB care, stop looking because this is really the place you want.
