Ideal Climate came out to our home and told us exactly what we needed in regards to our AC. The tech said this AC needs to be replaced we no longer can get parts for it. So he was very nice and very professional and very polite.He ordered it and when it came in it didn't take long at all.The AC is in finished and they did a wonderful job, very nice n neat. I can't say enough of this company they are very good and I will definitely use them again. The office mgr and office staff are also very nice,polite and extremely efficient. My home warranty assigned Ideal Climate to diagnose my ac. I called them on Monday and receptionist was very nice. She gave me an appointment for Wednesday. They arrived and diagnosed bad fan motor. The next morning, Thursday, they arrived and replaced the motor. Techs were very nice and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company if and when a/c repairs needed. Thank you LORD!!!
