I needed an updated larger picture for my for our wall.For an eastwood trooper band's, the pictures came out.Absolutely wonderful, so I had to come back to hotshops and get more charlie.At the front desk was awesome.Great customer service.We really appreciate it.Thank you so much.
Had a problem with my order and came in to office. The person helped as much as they could. The problem fell on photographer as did not save for whatever reason the picture I had chosen. Only thing would be for photographer to be more careful as all of these moments cant be relived.
Hot Shots has taken my kids school picture for the last four years. I was unable purchase through the school for various reasons. As we are moving out of state, I felt sentimental and wanted to purchase 1 photo from each year. Charly was the most patient and kindest person ever!!!!
