I love this place, the classes are according to your tolerance of hot, personally I really like the warm yoga class because it is intermediate, it is not so hot and with that temperature it is perfect to have a class with a lot of sweat and an excellent yoga class . Hotbox has been my go-to hot yoga studio for about a decade. It is hands down the best studio in town. The instructors push you to your limits, creating an environment for growth of practice like no other. I have taken classes at tons of studios across the nation and a common theme seems to be that the "hot" yoga classes are never hot enough... But that has never been the case at hot box! If you want to take the heat intensity down a notch they also offer warm classes that are relaxing and cater to all levels. Do yourself a favor and book your next class here!
